A custom plan has begun to evolve Toyota's flagship wagon, the Granace, into a "travel car where you can stay anywhere", leveraging its overwhelming interior space and driving comfort.
◾️Custom Design with 3D Scanning: Integrating Body and Gear
In this project, the roof shape is precisely digitized using cutting-edge 3D scanning technology. Based on this data, custom-designed FRP (fiber-reinforced plastic) mounting plates are manufactured.
These plates:

Distribute the load of the roof rack evenly across the entire vehicle body

Securely fasten while reducing strain on the vehicle body

Prevent distortion and damage from localized stress
Thereby ensuring strength and stability befitting a luxury vehicle.
◾️Waterproof, Reliable, Quiet: Structure for Long Journeys
The mounting points are completely waterproofed, so there's no need to worry about the interior getting wet even during long journeys or in bad weather.
We use **Rhino-Rack, a globally trusted brand**, for the roof rack. Its robust construction and high customizability allow for the easy mounting of FELDON SHELTER rooftop tents (Hawk Nest / Crow's Nest).
