We support all areas, from the northern tip of Japan to the depths of the south.
We believe in the quality of FELDON SHELTER products and stand behind the quality of each workmanship and material.
For a period of 24 months from the date of purchase, together with proof of purchase, FELDON SHELTER products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use, or natural breakdown of materials over time. Likewise, product abuse, improper handling or storage, and disregard for product instructions are not covered.
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please fill out our warranty claim form.
If approved, you will be responsible for returning the defective item, but shipping for the replacement will be free.
All FELDON SHELTER roof tents are serially managed and linked to customer information.
This also helps prevent resale at auctions.
